Introduction- advantages of the utilization of PLC- PLC architecture- logic and sequential control circuits- PLC programming( Ladder diagram-instruction list-function diagrams) – counters and timers- applications.
 (AC442) Power Electronics circuits Power transistors- DC choppers( step down-step up-step up/down) – Inverters(single phase- double phase- phase reduction) – chuc inverter- converter classifications- inverse converters from AC to DC( half bridge- full bridge- three phase – voltage source- current source- PWM) – resonance inverters- Applications.
 (AC443) Intelligent Control Systems
Introduction to intelligent systems and their applications – Intelligent control  systems and fuzzy logic – Fuzzy relations and fuzzy rules – Fuzzy relations and Compositional rule of inference – Fuzzy logic control – Intelligent systems and neural networks – Fuzzy neural networks and its applications to control systems.

(AC444) Medical equipment
Introduction to clinical laboratory ( Spectrum analyzers – chemical analysis) – Artificial kidney – calibration and maintenance of medical equipment- safety rules and factors in medical equipment.

(AC446) Experimental Laboratory-3
Includes experiments in electronic measurements and control of some processes available in the laboratory. It includes some experiments on biomedical engineering and industrial electronics.

(AC448) Industrial automation systems
Basic of system modeling (thermal- chemical – mechanical) – Industrial control components (switches- relays- statrters- final control elements- stepper motor) –computer control systems- supervisry control and data acquisition- (SCADA)- Distributed control systems (DCS)- Applications of automation systems.
(AC449) Applications of Industrial electronics
Controller types (two levels-three levels- three terms) – Applications of power electronics in temperature and industrial furnaces –Induction heating- Modeling and control of electromechanical systems ( DC- AC- AC synchronous generator) Position, torque and speed control- DC-link inverter- variable speed drive.

(AC450) Real time control systems
Introduction- types of real time systems-sequential control supervisory control- hardware and software requirements- Direct digital control- modeling of real time systems- controller design- real time operating systems- Applications.
